Not unlike today it was a beautiful, sunny day, and I was driving past the Pentagon at 8:15 a.m. en route to my office in Alexandria. Learn the Special Challenges of GHS Labeling in Chemical Distribution
Please join NACD for the next Regulatory Webinar at noon EDT on Wednesday, Sept. 17: The Special Challenges of GHS Labeling in Chemical Distribution. GHS labeling presents a complex set of considerations to chemical distribution. With the expectation that approximately 50 percent of U.S. companies will not complete their GHS program implementation before the OSHA deadlines — and with enforcement rates higher than they've ever been — distributors can find themselves caught in a GHS compliance gap between their customers and suppliers. Elizabeth Sinclair of Seagull Scientific will provide a brief review of the new labeling specifications, as well as an exploration of GHS labeling issues from the distributor's perspective. Members and Affiliates can register for the webinar at the discounted rate of $49 by clicking here.

Embracing Change In Business
By Catherine Iste
Regardless of industry or title, the one thing we all have to understand is the nature of change.
