'World's Greatest TV' seeking chemical distributors to feature — have they called you yet?
Share   Share on FacebookTwitterShare on LinkedinE-mail article
NACD has recently been contacted by several members indicating that they've received calls from a producer at "World's Greatest TV." In these calls, the producer stated that they are interested in running a feature on a leading chemical distributor, which would air in February on TV. The producer then asks several questions trying to elicit information from these members regarding their business operations. It is NACD's understanding that they have contacted more than 40 companies to research and narrow down to finalists for the show. A few of our members have encouraged NACD to get involved in the process of speaking with the show's producers and even to recommend that the show focus on Responsible Distribution as a whole, rather than one specific company. If you agree with this approach, we encourage you to ask the producer to contact Lucinda Schofer at NACD directly to discuss the possibility of the show focusing on the industry's premier program that enhances all members' environment, health, safety and security. Lucinda is vice president of Marketing and Member Programs and can be reached at 571-482-3044 or
