NACD Asks OSHA to Withdraw Injury Tracking and Reporting Supplemental Proposed Rule
Last week, NACD joined with 70 other organizations of the Coalition for Workplace Safety (CWS) in filing comments on OSHA's "Improve Tracking of Workplace Injuries and Illnesses" Supplemental Notice of Proposed Rulemaking. The CWS comments ask OSHA to withdraw the supplemental proposal.
