Donna D. Boldt, President, Deeks & Company, Inc., Stone Mountain, Ga., and James (Jim) Boldt, Vice President Sales, Deeks & Company, Inc., were both named the 2011 Distributor of the Year by the National Association of Chemical Distributors during the General Session at NACD's 40th Annual Meeting in Bonita Springs, Fla. Their service to the NACD in many different leadership roles has been an outstanding example of their steadfast commitment to the chemical distribution industry. 'Optimizing Channel Compensation' — New Texas A&M Consortia Project seeking distributors to participate on NACD research team

Beginning in January, NACD will be participating in Texas A&M University's Industrial Distribution Program research project titled "Optimizing Channel Compensation." NACD will hold a seat in the consortium on behalf of the membership. We will be looking for three companies that are willing to be more integral to the research in terms of attending meetings, meeting with the researchers and sharing your business operations information with the research team.
