NADRA HIGHLIGHTS

NADRA's Atlanta Chapter holds great first meeting of 2015!
NADRA
NADRA Atlanta chapter meeting recap: The year started off with a successful meeting this February despite power outages and ice storms in the area with the first Atlanta NADRA chapter meeting of 2015 on Feb. 17 held at the Ivy in Buckhead. There were 36 members and guests in attendance. Thank you Nyloboard and Joey Matthews for sponsoring this meeting!

During the meeting we caught up on the minutes from the last two meetings due to postponing minutes in December at our Christmas Dinner. We were able to get an update from some exciting things going on at our national level from national board member Bobby Parks. Time was spent discussing our upcoming chapter meeting schedule for the year and planning for our Deck for a Soldier project as well as our inaugural golf tournament.

LEADERSHIP

Building a website that converts
By Randall Craig
Have you ever considered what makes an effective website? You might think that it is great design, easy-to-find information and intuitive functionality. These may have made the list in 2002 — or even 2012 — but certainly not today. Many marketers now understand where the website fits into the mix. It is the hub to which every initiative (social media, advertising, media relations, direct mail, etc.) drives. When the user arrives at the site, they experience great design, easy-to-find information and intuitive functionality. Then nothing happens.
