NADRA New Jersey Chapter Meeting

The next New Jersey chapter meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 19, at 6 p.m. at the Chimney Rock Inn in Bound Brook, N.J. This will be a combined NADRA/NARI meeting. Construction jobs soar on housing recovery

The recovery in the housing market is driving a turnaround in the labor market as well. The better-than-expected February jobs report got a big lift from 48,000 new jobs in the construction industry. Builders have added 151,000 jobs over the last five months, the sector's best hiring surge since the 2006 housing bubble.

Yet ask business leaders to define their company's culture or to discuss ways their culture was created or changed, and the results are minimal. Company culture, it seems, is a bit of an enigma.
