A deck collapse at a home near Elbridge, N.Y., sent five people to area hospitals on April 14. The deck gave way around 8 p.m., reported Syracuse.com. According to reports, there were more than 20 people on the deck when it collapsed — throwing people into each other. The deck was about 10 feet above the ground. More
