At the Second Annual ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit held in Washington, D.C., nearly 2,000 attendees heard reports on new energy technologies and progress in research and innovation funded by ARPA-E seed money, with $400 million in funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. More
