SpecialtyCare, a health services provider, has become the first local company to agree to lease space in the proposed Nashville Medical Trade Center project. Grammy Award-winning singer Sheryl Crow recently purchased a $5.2 million, 50-acre estate in the Forrest Hills area of Nashville.
