Man robs pawnshop in Washington state, gives employee panic attack

A man who robbed a Tacoma, Washington, pawnshop, giving an employee a panic attack in the process, was arrested in possession of cash, jewelry and a loaded gun as he left the scene, according to charges filed in Pierce County Superior Court.

South Carolinians rush for guns and ammo has slowed, dealers say

South Carolinians may still fear crime and federal regulation but their rush to stockpile guns and ammo appears to be waning, some Greenville County firearms dealers say. Firearms are not as hard to find as they were earlier in the year, and gun owners can find ammunition, even if their purchases are limited or they cannot find the brand they want, dealers told The Greenville News.

Florida couple steals $30,000 of jewelry and TV from home

A Wellington, Florida, couple was arrested after Palm Beach County sheriff's deputies say they stole more than $30,000 worth of jewelry and a TV from a woman in the village. Bianca Cuellar, 19, and Eric Ornelas, 20, faces multiple charges including burglary, grand theft and dealing in stolen property.

Apple plans reversible USB cable for iPhone 6, leaker says

Apple is trying to make the cable that links its mobile devices to either a computer or power outlet a little easier to use, according to a new alleged leak. Sonny Dickson — who made a name for himself last year by leaking accurate details on the iPhone 5S prior to its arrival — tweeted recently an image of what he claims is a design improvement to the Lightning cable that will connect to the long-rumored iPhone 6.
