New photos released of man who robbed Cash America in St. Louis

The St. Louis County Police Department is searching for the man they say robbed the Cash America Pawn in St. Louis. The suspect entered the business on Sept. 4, displayed a firearm, and robbed the victims of an undisclosed amount of money. During the robbery, the suspect fired a gun inside the business, but no one was struck.

Pawn shops in the Galleria area are being targeted by armed robbers and police need the public's help in tracking down those responsible. The first in a recent rash of smash and grabs happened in January this year.

EZcorp buys 13 USA Pawn locations in Arizona, Oregon

U.S.-based pawnshop operator EZcorp, Inc. has completed the acquisition of 13 USA Pawn and Jewelry Co. pawn stores located in Arizona and Oregon, according to a company announcement. This acquisition gives EZcorp presence in the Phoenix, Arizona area and in Oregon, both of which are new markets for the company.

Gold price falls on sluggish demand, silver recovers

Gold prices fell further by Rs 25 to Rs 26,675 per 10 grams at the bullion market on Wedneowing to slackened demand from jewellers and retailers even as the metal strengthened overseas. However, silver recovered by Rs 130 to Rs 35,330 per kg on scattered buying by industrial units and coin makers.
