Porsche offers PCA Members discounted access to hospitality
Porsche Cars North America will be hosting a hospitality at the Rolex 24 @ Daytona. The Porsche hospitality will be open Saturday, Jan. 29 and Sunday, Jan. 30.
Saturday, Jan. 29: 8 AM - 8 PM
Sunday, Jan. 30: 8 AM - 6 PM
In the hospitality tent, food will be served throughout the day in addition to a catered bar. The tent will be air-conditioned/heated as needed -- a nice place to gather with other Porsche fans. They will have TV monitors running a live-feed of the race and racing simulators (X-Box) for visitors to give a try. All guests will be given a Porsche Fan Race Flag and ear plugs.
The hospitality tent is near the Tram exit/entrance and just a short distance from the PCA Corral.
Fee for entrance to the hospitality tent for PCA Members is $50 (normally $75). $50 will get you unlimited access and entry to Porsche hospitality for the two-days. PCA members will be able to purchase entry to the hospitality on-site. Simply present your PCA name tag, membership card, or ID.

Porsche mulls diesel Panameras, Cayennes for US

Porsche may not only sell diesel versions of its Cayenne SUV in the U.S., but add a diesel version of its swoopy Panamera sedan as well, Automotive News reports. Cayenne seemed like a natural candidate for a diesel, but the possibility that it could come to Panamera, too, is a surprise. Its diesel version, and a gas-electric hybrid, may be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, according to the News. More

Porsche is poised to revive the flat-4 engine for its new baby roadster, as well as existing models such as the Boxster, the Cayman and the 911.
