Porsche Club of America headquarters completes its move to new location
After 56 years, PCA has finally purchased a home to house its National Headquarters. Last year PCA's Board of Directors approved a budget to purchase office space. Together with the assistance of fellow PCA members, PCA found and renovated a modest 4000-square-foot flex-unit property in Maryland. The new location also has the space to display its collection of PCA and Porsche archives/memorabilia and a "tech" area for future events. Porsche sticking to $7 billion stock sale timetable amid market volatility
Porsche SE, the sports-car maker that plans to merge with Volkswagen AG (VOW), said a timetable to sell 5 billion euros ($7 billion) in shares still stands amid the volatile financial markets following the Japanese earthquake. "One would probably select an environment that's different to the current one" to carry out a sale, Chief Financial Officer Hans Dieter Poetsch said at a press conference in Stuttgart, Germany. Porsche 5-month profit triples on Cayenne, Panamera sales

Porsche SE's car-making division tripled profit in its shortened 2010 fiscal year as deliveries of the Cayenne sport-utility vehicle and Panamera sedan surged. Earnings before interest and tax for the August to December period rose to 688 million euros ($960 million) from 227 million a year earlier, the Stuttgart, Germany-based company said in an e-mailed statement.
