The Porsche Club of America announced that they will be the first car club to release an iPhone Application. Together with Blue Whale Web Solutions, Inc., the application has been accepted into Apple's App Store and is available for download for $4.99. More

Angelelli helps Taylor, Mazda rookies triumph at Lime Rock
Veteran Max Angelelli helped Ricky Taylor score his first Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series victory in Monday's Memorial Day Classic at Lime Rock Park. The event also saw Chip Ganassi Racing's Scott Pruett and Memo Rojas have their hopes of winning a record fourth consecutive race dashed in the first turn of the first lap. Rojas and Pruett finished last in the 26-car field and earned minimum points, allowing second-place finisher Ryan Dalziel to close to within seven points (155-148), after Dalziel entered the event 21 points behind. Porsche wins dismissal of minority investor suit over shareholder meeting
Porsche SE, the maker of the 911 sports car, won dismissal of minority investor suits seeking to invalidate the 2009 supervisory board election and other decisions taken at that year's shareholder meeting. The Stuttgart Regional Court in Germany rejected the bid that also targeted decisions discharging directors from liability for the 2008 fiscal year, claiming they approved illegally high compensation for the management board, the court said in an e-mailed statement.
