Brumos Racing    Share    Share on FacebookTwitterShare on LinkedinE-mail article
In what has been one of the most competitive GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series seasons in memory, the GT championship race is still far from decided, and with only two more races remaining, Brumos is ready for a fight to the finish. Following last weekend's race at Watkins Glen, the Brumos team immediately went to work, getting the #59 Brumos Porsche 911 GT3 prepped for its trip north of the border to Montreal's Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. Now, going into Round 11, Brumos is in 2nd place in the standings and only seven points out of first, so a strong finish at Montreal is mandatory to keep the historic #59 Brumos Porsche in the running for the lead. But while an August heat wave in New York brought new meaning to the term “triple-digit car testing,” the Cayman R was worth every drop of perspiration expelled in its parboiled cabin." More
