Future looking bright for Porsche Motorsport in 2014
By David Hurth
The 2013 endurance racing season is coming to an end, and Porsche racing fans have seen some great racing action. Among this season’s highlights: The new 991-based Porsche 911 RSR made a successful debut at the World Endurance Championship, and the German performance car maker came away with a victory in both GT classes at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. As great as the 2013 season has been, it is hard not to think about just how exciting things will be in 2014.

Rebirth of the Saratoga Tops
By Stephen Serrecchia
About two years ago this last January, I was on Rennlist and saw a Saratoga Top for sale. The price $1200.00 for a very used glass top. Reminded me of the days of the Trans Am’s with the T Tops, all glass that leaked. Anyway, having cars with moon roofs is great and I always wanted one of the Saratoga Tops for my 951.

Porsche of the Week
PCA

‪Who says Porsche hasn't always made an SUV? It's only a matter of perspective. With a Yakima rack system my '85 Carrera Targa served well to move my daughter off to college. A roof rack was a factory option for these cars. Very stable and quiet, it worked quite well; though needless to say, I did not attempt to test the car's top speed with this rig!‬
