RV Learning Center Launches 2009 Convention Scholarship Program from RV Learning Center/RVDA The RVDA Education Foundation’s RV Learning Center will award 10, $500 scholarships to the 2009 RV Dealers International Convention/Expo in Las Vegas, NV, Oct 6-9, 2009.
