Is solar changing utilities or are utilities changing solar?
RenewableEnergyWorld.com    Share   Share on FacebookTwitterShare on LinkedinE-mail article

Texas weighs efficiency, solar mandates
The New York Times    Share    Share on FacebookTwitterShare on LinkedinE-mail article
Texas regulators may soon ramp up mandates requiring tougher energy-efficiency standards and development of renewable energy sources other than wind power.
