The U.S. House of Representatives passed its version of this year's budget, which was highlighted by $61 billion in cuts from federal programs. The bill will now move to the Senate where there will likely be amendments and compromise before President Barack Obama signs the bill. Although some things could change, it is an interesting time to examine what the drive to reduce the federal deficit means for solar financing and the solar industry in general. More
