Vivek Kundra to keynote at The World BPO/ITO Forum

The 6th annual World BPO/ITO Forum, taking place July 17-18 in New York City, a high-caliber, thought-leadership gathering for C-level executives and their direct reports who are responsible for their organization's global sourcing initiatives.

The Forum is proud to have Vivek Kundra, EVP of Emerging Markets, Salesforce.com; and Chief Information Officer of the United States (2009-2011) to close the first day of the conference. As the nation's first CIO, Kundra was faced with the tremendous challenge of leading the federal government's information technology bureaucracy at a time when cutting costs, increasing efficiency and driving innovation was of paramount importance.
