Building on 22 years of success with its unique leadership development program, RLF has designed the G RLF Program to extend the RLF approach and philosophy and incorporate important leadership developmental needs not found in other programs and to evolve RLF graduates into successful and influential business executives based on core critical success factors: being a business leader, building organizational culture, influencing others, and initiating change.

China is focused on growth and has bigger budgets to drive it. For North America, the big danger is complacency, while in Latin America they are confident that they have the right strategies in place. In the U.K. and Ireland, our focuses for growth are outsourcing and the cloud. These are some of the differences thrown up by the latest Gartner survey of CIOs, which shows that while there are many different approaches taken to IT, there are also similarities.
