Politician proposes Fort Worth gun show restrictions
KDFW-TV
Tarrant County's Democratic Party leader wants Fort Worth city leaders to create tighter restrictions on gun shows. Stephen Maxwell proposed three rules for any gun show within city limits: each show must require background checks, establish a seven-day waiting period and ensure anyone selling a gun is a licensed dealer.
