Mobile, Metropcs Want a Piece of Dish's Spectrum Pie

T-Mobile and MetroPCS have both filed petitions with the Federal Communications Commission to request that the agency force Dish Networks to give up about half of the spectrum holdings it owns. Dish owns 40 MHz of spectrum licenses in the 2000-2020 MHz and 2180-2200 MHz bands that it is hoping to use for a terrestrial 4G LTE network.More
