Bosley's is a leading independent pet retail chain in British Columbia, Canada, and has 23 stores. Atlanta-based Roark Capital said the deal gives Pet Valu, primarily based in Ontario and Manitoba, a platform for growth in Western Canada. Bosley's will continue operating under its trade name.
