Frequently Asked Questions
What is Content Marketing?
If you're not producing content, you're getting left behind. Content Marketing lets you reach your customers with content designed to position your company as a thought leader in your industry, increasing visibility across various mediums and attracting current and prospective customers into the sales funnel.
Now that we’ve gotten our buzzwords out of the way early, let’s break it down into specifics. How exactly do we accomplish this? We work with you to establish a customized content plan that will put blog posts, articles, white papers, testimonials, infographics, visual data graphs into your current and prospective customers’ inboxes and social media feeds.
In other words, we push your branded content to your customer’s smartphone and workspace.
Instead of spending your marketing time and resources on staying in front of a wide target audience, Content Marketing lets you focus on converting them into actionable leads.

We place engaging call-to-action (CTA) buttons on our content designed to provide readers with an opportunity to learn more about your company and take the next step toward becoming a buyer.
So other customers are pretty happy with Content Marketing?
Judging by the hundreds of clients we accommodate and the positive feedback we've received since we started in May 2013, we think so.
This is great! How do you create our content?
We don’t create anything until we learn as much about your company and your target audience as possible. Once we have a good feel for what your potential buyers are interested in, we’ll develop an editorial calendar that’s shared with you so you can monitor or critique the content plan at any time.
MultiBriefs, the content arm of MultiView, is loaded with current and former journalists with experience working for The Dallas Morning News, The Wall Street Journal, ESPN, Kansas City Star, The Milwaukee Journal, The Fort Worth Star-Telegram, as well as Omni Hotels and The Automotive Services Association.
Simply put, we’re loaded with writing experience. And just to be sure we have every industry covered, we even have a vast network of freelance writers that are able to take on any topic or industry you can imagine. In fact, we love a challenge.
What does this newsletter look like?
It completely depends on what you want. We have more than 10 years of experience designing newsletters for associations and companies, so we’re more than happy to develop a newsletter with the look and feel your company needs to match concurring brand strategies.
Examples of our email newsletter design work can be found here.
I don't have a large mailing list. Can you provide me with a list of prospective clients?
Yes, we can procure a mailing list of prospects that we'll use to send our Content Marketing newsletters into their inboxes. We’ll work with you to identify the type of leads you’re looking for, research the right number of leads we can gather for you and develop a customized quote to add them to your program.
You're not going to sell my current mailing list, are you?
Absolutely not. One of our core principles lies in the fact that we do not sell mailing lists. We use them only to distribute your mailing and gather analytics for your use.
What if I want to send an email newsletter with my own mailing client?
That's perfectly okay with us. Should you choose to use your own client to distribute your newsletter, we'll be more than happy to accommodate that for you. We'll provide you with all the necessary materials to let you do that.
I’m too busy to post this content on my website. Can you add the content for me?
Yes, we can go into your website and post content onto your blog or website, but we’ll need access from you before we can do anything. Once you provide us with login information, we can schedule and post all of our content materials to your blog, provided you have an adequate content management system that is able to accommodate frequently posted content.
We will only use that login to access the content management section and no other parts of your website.
We're always updating this page with more frequently asked questions, but if you have a question that's been unanswered, please feel free to contact us at any time.
