Retail container traffic could be up 13 percent in March

Import cargo volume at the nation's major retail container ports is expected to be up 13 percent in March 2010 compared with the same month a year ago, and double-digit increases are expected to continue through the summer as the U.S. economy begins to improve, according to the monthly Global Port Tracker report from the National Retail Federation and Hackett Associates.
