Lawmakers protest terror funding cuts

New York lawmakers last week blasted the Obama administration for slashing New York City's anti-terror funding by more than $53 million just two weeks after the Times Square bomb threat. As the controversy kept going, the Department of Homeland Security insisted that more than $337 million is presently available to New York City in unspent transit and port security accounts.
