Study: Increasing use of tobacco by youths leading to oral cancer
The increase of tobacco intake among children and teens between 10 and 17 years old has become a cause for concern. Experts say that in reference to this, instances of oral cancer among the group also are mounting. According to the data released by the World Health Organization, occurrence of smoking among adolescents in India, in the age group of 13 to 15 years old, is 5.8 percent for males and 2.4 percent for females.
