First job losses from JFCOM closure

The first substantial job losses resulting from the dismantling of the U.S. Joint Forces Command occurred March 18. About 30 contract workers at the command's Joint Irregular Warfare Center left JFCOM upon completion of their current contract, according to Kathleen Jabs, a spokeswoman for the Norfolk-based military command.
