 Russian PET bottle firm offers side order of chips

Russia's biggest bottle-grade PET production plant, with a nameplate capacity of 220,000 tpa, is now turning out polymer chips in the western Russian enclave of Kaliningrad. The plant, operated by the Russian company JSC Alco-Naphtha, part of Kaliningrad city-based petrochemicals enterprise Mari El Refinery Group, is located in the Kaliningrad Special Economic Zone. more
