Consultant: Entice airlines by offering subsidies

Area leaders should consider offering subsidies to entice airlines to add or expand service at Pittsburgh International Airport, an industry consultant said. "You should do everything, including underwriting flights, to get as many highways in the sky as you can," said John D.
