SHRM poll: Companies hiring to replace workers lost in recession

A two-part series examining data from SHRM polls is shedding light on how the economic recession continues to affect U.S. employers. According to the report, 73 percent of organizations are in a hiring mode, with 58 percent of those hiring direct replacements for jobs lost since the recession began.
