New York markets lose businesses to recession
from The Business Review
A new analysis by On Numbers shows 93 percent of the nation's urban markets suffered declines in business activity after the onset of the recession. In New York, Albany lost 172 private-sector businesses, while almost all metro regions in the state suffered similar setbacks.
