CDC Releases National Intimate Partner And Sexual Violence 2010 Summary Report
On December 14, 2011, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) National Center for Injury Prevention and Control released data from the first National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey conducted in 2010. This annual survey is supported through the CDC, the National Institute of Justice, and the Department of Defense and is designed to provide important national and state-level data to aid in the understanding and prevention of sexual violence and stalking. This is the first study of its kind and holds important information for higher education.
