How JetBlue cracked Boston

Soon after JetBlue Airways Corp. took wing in 2000, it approached Boston's Logan International Airport about bringing its low-fare service to the city, where a half-dozen major airlines were vying for well-heeled business passengers. The airport said it had no gates available for the upstart carrier.
