Decisive is wise; divisive is not
Making quick decisions can be euphoric. There's a sense of power and progress that comes from sharply cutting through all the red tape and committee work. Decisiveness works great sometimes, but with certain questions a quick answer may lead to divisiveness. So, perhaps the greatest leaders these days are the ones who know when to dispense wisdom, and when to go looking for it.
