Auditor faults government over Delhi Airport
from The Wall Street Journal
India's federal audit body has criticized the government for allowing the private operator of Delhi's international airport to get hold of a major airport for 60 years and several hundred acres of land at a low price. A consortium of companies led by GMR Infrastructure Ltd. and including Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad and Fraport AG holds a 74 percent stake in Delhi International Airport Ltd., the airport's operator. The remaining stake is with state-run Airports Authority of India.
