from Metro News
A rare airplane has been added to the collection at the Western Canadian Aviation Museum. A 1937 Lockeed Electra plane has landed at the museum, where it will go on display as part of an exhibit honouring Air Canada's 75th anniversary. The Lockheed Electra was a twin-engine, all-metal monoplane developed by the Lockheed Aircraft Corp. in the 1930s. It carried a pilot, a co-pilot and 10 passengers.
