Even as Columbus, Ohio, agreed recently to settle a sexual-harassment lawsuit that involved Franklin County Municipal Court, it is taking steps to ensure that court employees no longer can be city liabilities. City Council approved spending $150,000 to settle the federal lawsuit filed two years ago by former court reporter Brenda Williams. more
