Now that the economy is picking up steam, top talent is in even higher demand. So how can you make your company stand out from the crowd? Three words: corporate volunteer programs. A 2011 Deloitte Volunteer Impact study found that 61 percent of millennials would consider a company's commitment to the community when making a job decision. The study also found those who frequently participate in workplace volunteer activities are more likely to be proud, loyal and satisfied employees.
