Creating an engaged community

Social media provides many opportunities each day for two-way, constant communication. This communication can act just like a face-to-face conversation you might have with a friend, family member or co-worker. Someone talks and the other person listens. While this seems easy enough, when creating an engaged community it can be hard to know if your message is being received.
