Before Keyonia Donaldson and her infant daughter, Allison, found a temporary home in the Athens Area Homeless Shelter, they bedded down at friend's houses. Unable to afford day care, and without a support system to watch her daughter, Donaldson couldn't work, so she sold blood to pay for diapers, using meager child support to feed herself and her daughter. more
