Aging arctic airports isolating northerners

Pilots say Canada's Arctic airports are getting so old they are forcing air carriers to downgrade what are often the only links northern communities have to the outside world. And at a conference of the Air Line Pilots Association, delegates heard that proposed new federal regulations could make that situation even worse.
