Inspection revealed pilot training woes at ORNGE

ORNGE was forced to suspend operations at several bases and pull pilots from flying duties after problems were found with the training and paperwork for every helicopter pilot on its roster, the Star has learned. Among the paperwork missing from the files was proof that several pilots had received training in how to avoid controlled flight into terrain.
