Cadet program returns to fly the summer skies

It will take more than a wing and a prayer for the 2013 class of Royal Canadian Air Cadets (RCAC) training at Alberta's Medicine Hat Regional Airport to complete a six-month licensing course in seven weeks. But according to RCAC Lt. Natasha Becker, the dozen teenage women cadets from across the prairies are willing, able and ready to fly after a year or more of training in their respective home provinces and territories.
