Blueprint for Tobacco Advocacy provides rural training sessions

from Tobacco Free Kansas Coalition

Tobacco Free Kansas Coalition will be hosting two BluePrint for Advocacy Trainings for advocates to receive the tools needed to build a solid foundation and to learn the basic steps required for effective policy building. Presenters from the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, and local policy makers will provide instruction on Media Advocacy, Avenues for Change and Influencing Policy Change. The event is free of charge and lunch will be provided. We encourage interested advocates from the Southwest Kansas and Northwest Kansas region to participate.
