SaskEnergy crews help in Manitoba
from The StarPhoenix
SaskEnergy has sent personnel and equipment to southern Manitoba, where a pipeline explosion temporarily cut off natural gas service to thousands of customers in bitterly cold weather. Spokesman Dave Burdeniuk said the Crown-owned utility has sent two Cascade trailers to an area about 40 kilometres south of Winnipeg to feed natural gas into a pipeline downstream from where the explosion took place.
