Will your kids be high-performers in the workplace?
In the 1950s and 60s, researchers were curious to find out if there was a correlation between intelligence, creativity, and high-performance. At the time, psychologist Ellis Paul Torrance was conducting a series of tests on children. Kids in his study were not only tested on their intelligence but they were also tested on their creative abilities—challenged to do things like make an improvement to a toy so that other kids might like it more.
