IRS pays bonuses to employees who don't pay their taxes

So you didn't pay the government what you were supposed to in taxes? No problem if you work for the Internal Revenue Service. The IRS paid more than $1 million in cash bonuses to more than 1,100 agency employees who owed back taxes to the federal government, according to an audit conducted by the Treasury Department's inspector general for tax administration. That's the same office that concluded the IRS had singled out conservative groups for extra scrutiny in their applications for tax-exempt status.
