Police in southeastern New Mexico have a new high-tech tool that will help get stolen property back to its rightful owners. The Eddy County Sheriff's Office, Carlsbad Police and Artesia Police launched Anti Theft Dots, a new technology used to help solve and prevent property crimes in the area. more
